Each Monday, we deliver structured, fun sessions based around particular aspects of cycling, eg: braking, cornering, climbing, sprinting etc in addition to some fun games. We also have an informal race night, usually on the last Monday of every month throughout the Summer.

All sessions are conducted by British Cycling qualified coaches with assistance from other Lakes Road Club members.

All riders must wear a helmet and, whilst not compulsory, we prefer the riders to wear cycling gloves/mitts to protect their hands should they fall off.

Please, no long, dangly clothing that could get caught in a bike and long hair should be tied back.

Also, please ensure all children have access to warm clothing. Sometimes it’s freezing!

For all children under 8 years old, their responsible adults must remain for the duration of the session.
